If you have a discount/promo code that you'd like to use for an order that has already been placed, the discount can be applied to your order retroactively. If the discount is not applied during checkout, the discount can still be applied to your order, though you may not see the discount applied to your order when the purchase is calculated in the order summary as the discount code was not applied during checkout.
To apply the discount retroactively, you must receive confirmation from the merchant with regards to your order and confirm the details with us, then we're able to apply the discount to the purchased items from your order. Otherwise, we will have to contact the merchant directly in order to confirm the details of your discount code.
