I'm having trouble generating my return label (Australian address)

If you are running into an error when submitting a return (in Australia), don't worry this happens quite frequently. 

Since our address system is linked to Google Maps, the 'City' entry is typically the discrepancy that causes the error when generating the return label. If you should run into this issue when generating your return label, please get into contact with us and we're happy to update your address accordingly so that the return label can be generated.

Additionally, if you should run into this issue, please note that your order try period will be paused and you will not be charged while the return label is generated manually. 

We've attached a few images below to better describe the issue! As you can see, the Australian Museum (in Sydney) is actually in the borough of Darlinghurst, so the city of Sydney would cause an error if entered for this address.
