Sometimes orders are sent out in multiple packages when being fulfilled from different locations or if an item is on back order.
To clarify, your try period does not start until all items from your order have been confirmed as delivered from the initial fulfillment of your order. You will always receive a delivery confirmation email with a order portal (View my order) included to start your return process.
If you have received all of the items from your order but no delivery confirmation email, you can contact us and we're able to start your try period upon your request.
