If you have received a delivery confirmation email with a countdown timer for your order, that means your try period has started and you will have a specific amount of time to submit your return or your order is processed as purchased.
If you have not received your order and your try period has started or you received a delivery confirmation email, then please contact us immediately. We are more than happy to extend your try period while we clarify the details of your order fulfillment with the merchant.
As we do not oversee the fulfillment process, we would recommend contacting the merchant directly if you do not have enough time left on your try period. Please note that Blackcart does currently offer weekend or holiday support so we are only able to help during regular business hours.
