Blackcart Return Process
Once you have received your full order (all items), you are able to process a return access the return portal included in the delivery confirmation email called 'View my order'. From there, you can then select which items you'd like to keep or return.
After you've made a decision for your order, you can click 'Continue' to review your decision and then click 'Complete Purchase & Return' to generate a return label to submit your return. Once submitted, you should receive a confirmation email with the return label included, which you attach the exterior of the return package and drop off the package at the designated return facility.
Merchant Return Process
At times you may not receive a delivery confirmation email with the return portal included. If this is the case for you, don't worry, we are happy to clarify this confusion. The return process may vary between different merchants so we want to make sure that you are well informed when it comes to the return process.
If you do not receive a return portal ('View my order') included with the delivery confirmation email, then that means the return process follows the merchant specific designated return process. Therefore, to submit a return, we would suggest navigating to the merchant's website and complete the return process offered directly from the website or if there's a different return process offered, you will have to contact the merchant directly in order to submit a return.
