At times, the delivery for order may not be updated correctly due to a fulfillment error when the order is confirmed as delivered so you may not receive the delivery confirmation email with the return portal included.
This is not a problem at all! Your try period does not start until you the delivery confirmation email with the order portal included to submit your return.
If you've received all the items from your order, then you're able to contact us in order to update your order so that you're able to generate a return label and send your order back.
