How do I track my order?

You can find the tracking information for your order in the shipping confirmation email that is sent as soon as your all items from your order are fulfilled. Your order will ship as soon as the order is finished being prepared and you will receive and email to confirm.

If you have received some items from your order but have not yet received an email to confirm the shipment of your order, then that typically means that there is one remaining item that has yet to be processed as fulfilled. In these cases, since Blackcart does not oversee the fulfillment of orders, we would suggest contacting the merchant directly to inquire about any missing items from your order as they are responsible for handling fulfillment and delivery of orders.
