If you know that you won't be able to drop off your returned items within the try period, please reach out to your respective merchant to let them know as soon as possible and they are able to extend your trial period.
If you've processed your order as returned, you will receive a drop off deadline to return your order to the designated fulfillment facility indicated on the automatically generated return label. If any item(s) is marked as returned in the return portal but has not been processed as returned with the designated return facility before the drop off deadline, we will consider those items as kept and those items will be marked as kept and the purchase will be processed.
