If you were charged after submitting your return, it could be that the return period expired and your return was not scanned in prior to the expiration. At times, it can take up to 2 business days for the return to be scanned in so we always recommend getting your return started earlier than later. The order can only be updated appropriately if the return is processed using the automatically generated return label and within the given return period.
Please note that if a return is submitted without using the Blackcart return process, then the order try period will expire incidentally and your order will be fully charged as we are not able to track the return processed if the return is not processed through Blackcart. In any case, once the return is received and verified by the merchant, then the refund for the returned items will be processed automatically.
If you did not receive a refund within a week after your return was processed and you received an email confirmation to confirm, please get in touch with us in order to correct this issue immediately.
