How do I send back an item I've already paid for?

During the checkout process, you are always offered the capability to pay for an item in your cart upon checkout. If your order is more than the designated number of items applicable for the Try Before You Buy program, then you must pay for items upon checkout as some partners may have limitations on how many 'Try Before You Buy' items can be added in one cart. 

If you have already paid for an item upon checkout and you cannot find the item in the BlackCart returns portal, then you must proceed to return the item using your respective merchant's returns process. 

We would recommend contacting the merchant directly in order to arrange a return. Once the return is confirmed with the merchant and BlackCart, the refund should be processed automatically!
