If you have received your order with a wrong/incorrect or damaged item, we recommend contacting the merchant directly in order to arrange an exchange for the item.
If there was a missing item from your order upon delivery, the product may not have been available/out of stock upon fulfillment or the fulfillment may arrive in another shipment. Please clarify with the merchant in order to confirm the details further.
Additionally, if part of your order is delivered and you have not received a delivery confirmation email to process your returns, typically that means that the remaining items have yet to be delivered or fulfilled as you will only receive the delivery confirmation email when the entire order is delivered. Your trial period does not start until the entire order is confirmed as delivered.
Note: if the item does not show up when accessing the return portal, that indicates that the item was out of stock or unavailable upon fulfillment and is considered as returned and therefore, not charged upon payment.
