Typically, the return label is not able to be generated due to a typo or mistake in the address associated with your BlackCart account. Or your address is associated with your BlackCart account is a PO Box, in which case you must update your BlackCart account address to your residential address in order to generate the return label.
You can adjust your address by visiting http://blackcart.co/login and entering your account credentials. From there, go to 'Settings' at the top right corner and you can change your address, payment information, and password from there.
Since our system is linked to Google Maps, the address must match the exact address on Google Maps. Normally, it is the 'City' that is incorrect which creates errors when generating the return label. Please try to use your city or the subset of your city in the 'City' field.
For example, the Melbourne Museum's address is as follows: 11 Nicholson St, Carlton VIC 3053, Australia
In this example, the city subset is 'Carlton' instead of Melbourne.
