When placing an order using the Try Before You Buy program, the shipping label generated from the return process must be scanned in for the order to be updated correctly as sent back.
If you do not have access to a printer at home, typically, you're able to print the label at a post office as long as you have access to the label via email. However, if you are still unsure on how to proceed, please feel free to contact us or the merchant and we're more than happy to help.
