If you have a discount code or coupon code you can apply the code on the checkout page when placing your order. If you'd like to apply the code to your order after it's already been placed, please reach out to your merchant directly and they will be able to help you.
Additionally, if you have a gift card or store credit, you must contact with the merchant directly in order to confirm the application of your gift card or store credit. Upon confirmation, the credit amount can be applied retroactively as a refund if applicable!
If you are inquiring about a promotion or a sale that should have been applied to your order, we are only able to apply the discount/sale with approval from the merchant.
