If you have sent your items back, then the initial deposit is refunded as soon as the items are received and inspected by the merchant. The refund should be automatic and may take a few days to be reflected on your statement once processed.
Please note that the items that are sent back may not be processed immediately upon return as typically, the inventory needs to be reported. For the items that are sent back to be accepted by the merchant successfully, the items must inspected by the merchant in order to make sure that they are received in good condition. Additionally, since the fulfillment process is overseen by the merchant, we would suggest contacting the merchant directly in order to receive any updates regarding the status of your item(s).
